Nonna's Spicy Meatballs
The Cabazon location meatball dish is far superior to the PS offering— I would go to CBZ just for these meatballs!!!! The polenta is what takes them to the next level. I was disappointed to find out the PS ones are different.
Piece of the Pie
We've been huge Birba fans from day one and even ate here after our wedding. Today we went back to celebrate our anniversary. When I saw the Piece of the Pie charity pie I could not believe the description. When they brought it to the table, my jaw dropped. Lemon, ricotta, lemon pesto, rosemary, pistachio, parm and chili flakes. Unbelievable! Vibrant, flavorful. Familiar yet like nothing I've had before. This one is a game changer. Can't wait to have it again. And again.

This might be my favorite salad ever! Also tastes great with their Margarita pizza as a topping!
Eggplant Caponata
Omg! This was amazing. All the food at Birba is delicious but the eggplant is my favorite.
Funghi
My partner and I came here when we were checking out restaurants to host a rehearsal dinner. She loved the Butternut Squash Gnocchi. I went with the Funghi Pizza (in part because she wanted to try it too.) Usually I dont love all veg pizza but, it was great! The service was solid and the cocktails were good.

Was there for my birthday, one the setting was beautiful, two my pasta was amazing, three the margarita pizza was also the bomb.com

The rigatoni is absolutely incredible! It's warm and comforting while also tasting extremely fresh and light.

I've lived in the Coachella Valley for 15 years and this pizza is hands down the best in the valley! Love that they give honey chili for a little spice! So delicious!

Involtini Di Melanzane
My favorite eggplant dish ever. Baked so the flavors meld beautifully together. the texture and consistency was almost casserole-like which was an enjoyable surprise. The ricotta's smoothness paired with simple tomato sauce adds a lovely brightness and acidity. I will definitely order this again.
