Tortelloni Con Ricotta E Spinaci
Possibly the best tortelloni I have ever had! The homemade spinach pasta was larger than any tortelloni I have had. The creamy sauce was delicious and the fresh basil added the perfect touch!

So delicious! I could taste the freshness of the ingredients and would return over and over to continue to enjoy.

This might be my favorite salad ever! Also tastes great with their Margarita pizza as a topping!
Eggplant Caponata
Omg! This was amazing. All the food at Birba is delicious but the eggplant is my favorite.
Funghi
My partner and I came here when we were checking out restaurants to host a rehearsal dinner. She loved the Butternut Squash Gnocchi. I went with the Funghi Pizza (in part because she wanted to try it too.) Usually I dont love all veg pizza but, it was great! The service was solid and the cocktails were good.
Involtini Di Melanzane
My favorite eggplant dish ever. Baked so the flavors meld beautifully together. the texture and consistency was almost casserole-like which was an enjoyable surprise. The ricotta's smoothness paired with simple tomato sauce adds a lovely brightness and acidity. I will definitely order this again.
